Ask: “Can you review these seven pages on mobile and desktop, return an English issue report, and separate my factual corrections from your technical work?” Request a fixed scope and an agreed deadline.
The First Pass / Website repair
An independent website review can help when you cannot identify what is broken. Start with a small, inspectable deliverable.

Open your site on your phone and follow the same path a reviewer would take. If you can identify and fix the problem yourself, do that first. An audit is useful when the gap is unclear or a second pair of eyes would save time.
| Check | What to verify | Who supplies the facts? |
|---|---|---|
| Ownership | The operator named on About matches the application. | You |
| Traffic method | A reader can understand where visitors come from and what they see. | You; an editor can improve clarity |
| Mobile layout | Text, menus and buttons work without overlap or horizontal scrolling. | A designer or developer |
| Contact | A test enquiry reaches an inbox you monitor. | You and your developer |
| Navigation | Important pages and policy links open from every entry point. | A developer; you approve policy content |
| Claims | Traffic, results and testimonials have evidence, or are removed. | You |
Replace the bracketed fields with your facts. A useful quote should distinguish the audit from implementation and list what you receive.
PROJECT: Independent review of my publisher website Site: [public URL] Audience and topic: [who the site serves] Traffic source: [actual source and format] Target network: [name; its published requirements] Pages to review: Home, About, Traffic Method, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Disclosure. Please quote an AUDIT ONLY first. Review desktop and mobile. For each issue, return: 1. Exact URL and screenshot. 2. Observed problem and why it matters. 3. Severity and a proposed fix. 4. Who owns the fix: publisher or developer. 5. A repeatable acceptance check. Check: mobile layout, navigation, contact delivery, broken links, clarity of ownership, traffic-method explanation, and access to policies. Flag factual inconsistencies for me to resolve. Do not invent experience, traffic, testimonials or legal claims. Delivery: an English report, with screenshots and a prioritized issue list. Budget ceiling: [your amount and currency, including fees]. Deadline: [date]. Revisions included: [number]. No implementation without a separate quote and my approval. No network login, KYC documents or payment credentials are needed. I keep domain, hosting and source-file ownership. This is a website audit; no account approval or income is promised.Download the editable brief

Approve the issue list first. Agree which pages change, how you will test them, whether source files are included, and how a backup will be restored if a repair fails.
Re-test each listed issue. Send a contact message, follow every policy link, check a narrow screen, and compare the new text against the facts you supplied.
You own the domain, hosting and final claims. Use limited access only when implementation needs it. Never outsource your identity or an affiliate manager interview.
Set your own budget ceiling before requesting quotes. A clear audit has value even if you decide not to commission the repair. Reject offers that sell “guaranteed approval,” fabricated operating history or ready-made accounts.
When the site is ready, move to the target-network worksheet. A website fix helps only if the network also fits your actual traffic and operating plan.
